KUKA KR 210 F Foundry
Robot details
This is the Foundry version of Kuka KR 210S2000. The heavy payload robot is equipped with IP 67 protection enabling it to work in harsh environments. Bearing payloads of up to 210 kg, the robot can comfortably perform machining, handling and palletizing, press tending and loading/ unloading applications.
Bearing six axes, the robot flexibly covers its wide envelope with a 2700 mm reach. Individual motors interact with their velocity through motion profile function hence improving speed and repeatability of 0.2 mm.
KR 210 F Foundry is equipped with KRC2 controller version 5.2.14 that runs on windows XP. This interface makes programming much easier as it also contains ready made packages. It can be expanded through the two available free slots for external axes and it utilises an open network pc technology. Communication with outside networks is enabled through common buses including INTERBUS, PROFIBUS and DeviceNet. Additional facilities include remote diagnosis and data back up via floppy disk and CD-ROM drives.
